From booking to a thriving tank, here's what happens at each step. Pay only after the work is done and you're happy with it.
Book in less than a minute
Pick your tank, choose maintenance, select a date and time slot. We need basic details — name, phone, location, tank dimensions — nothing more.
We confirm your slot
Our team reaches out within a few business hours via WhatsApp or call. We confirm the slot, share the maintenance pricing, and answer any questions.
Technician arrives on schedule
Our trained technician arrives at the agreed time. Standard maintenance covers a 20-30% water change, filter cleaning, glass and substrate cleaning, equipment check, parameter testing, and fish health observation. Typically 45-90 minutes depending on tank size.
You review the work in-app
Once the visit is done, you'll see a clear summary of what was done, water parameter readings, and any photos the technician shared. Confirm everything looks good with a tap.
Pay in-app after the visit
Pay via UPI, card, or netbanking through Razorpay. Receipt is emailed automatically. For monthly subscribers, payment is rolled into your plan.
