We calculate the total glass surface area of your tank (all 5 panels — front, back, two sides and base) in square feet, multiply by a per-sqft rate that depends on your tank type, then add a base charge. Freshwater: ₹700 base + ₹90/sqft. Planted: ₹1,000 base + ₹100/sqft. Marine: ₹1,500 base + ₹120/sqft. This gives a fair price that scales accurately with your actual tank.
Different tank types require different expertise, time and materials. A freshwater tank is straightforward. A planted tank needs CO₂ monitoring, fertiliser dosing and plant trimming. A marine tank requires specialist knowledge, specific chemicals and significantly more careful handling. Both the base charge and the sqft rate reflect this difference.
We offer three plans — all paid upfront: Quarter (3 months, 15–30% off), Half Yearly (6 months, 20–35% off, 1 free visit on month 4), and Annual (12 months, 25–40% off, free visits based on frequency). For a one-off service, you can also book a single visit at full price with no contract.
Quarter plan has no free visits. Half Yearly plan includes 1 complimentary visit on month 4, regardless of how many visits per month you chose. Annual plan includes free visits based on frequency: 1×/month → month 7; 2×/month → months 6 & 12; 3×/month → months 4, 8 & 12; 4×/month → months 3, 6, 9 & 12.
Standard consumables used during a visit — water conditioner, basic treatments, filter media checks — are included. Larger material replacements like new filter media, substrates or equipment are quoted separately and always approved by you before any purchase.
Frequency is set at the start of each plan period. If you'd like a different frequency, you can adjust it on renewal. For urgent changes mid-plan, contact us and we'll do our best to accommodate.
Quarter plan: cancel after 1 month if at least one service visit has been taken. Full refund if no service was taken. Half Yearly and Annual plans: cancel after 3 months. Full refund if no service was taken. Cancellation is effective at end of the current month and refunds are processed in 5–7 business days.
Yes — all plans are fully paid upfront. Payment for one visit is collected after each service is completed. The upfront payment covers the remaining visits in your plan at the discounted rate.
