Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Plans change. Here's how cancellation and rescheduling work for different services.

Maintenance bookings

Maintenance visits must be booked at least 3–4 days in advance so we can schedule a technician for your slot.

  • Free cancellation up to 24 hours before your scheduled slot.
  • Free rescheduling up to 24 hours before your scheduled slot. You can reschedule once free of charge; subsequent reschedules may incur a small fee.
  • Cancellations within 24 hours of the slot may be charged a visit fee equivalent to the maintenance charge for that booking, since our technician's day has been blocked for you.
  • If we cancel or reschedule a maintenance booking on our end (technician unavailable, traffic / weather, etc.), there is no charge to you and we will offer the next available slot.

New tank setup bookings

Setups involve custom tank fabrication, equipment ordering and project planning. Cancellation rules vary by milestone:

  • Before equipment is ordered or fabrication begins — cancellation is free; 50% deposit refunded in full (see Refund Policy).
  • After equipment ordering or fabrication begins — 50% deposit becomes non-refundable. We will inform you by email or WhatsApp before committing to ordering / fabrication, giving you a final cancellation window.
  • After install begins — cancellation forfeits the 50% deposit and the 40% install milestone. The 10% completion milestone is not invoiced.

How to cancel or reschedule

You can cancel or reschedule:

  • Via WhatsApp message to our team — quote your booking reference (AQ-2026-XXXX).
  • By email at hello@aquozy.com.

If we need to cancel or reschedule

Occasionally we may need to reschedule a booking due to staff illness, equipment delay, weather, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases:

  • We will notify you as soon as possible via WhatsApp / SMS / email.
  • We will offer the next available slot at your convenience.
  • If we cancel without offering a reasonable alternative, your deposit (if any) will be refunded in full.

AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) bookings

If you are on an AMC plan, the cancellation policy above applies to each individual scheduled visit. You can pause or cancel the AMC at any time by contacting us via WhatsApp or email; no further visits will be scheduled. Any visits paid for but not yet delivered will be refunded on a pro-rata basis via UPI.
